| June 25, 2009 -- Portsmouth OH A relaxing summer day in Portsmouth toured the Philip Moore Stone House, the 1810 House county museum with a collection of 19th century hats, and a view of the impressive Flood Wall Murals of this historic Ohio River city. This trip also included lunch at a Golden Corral. |
| August 20 Bob Evans Farm At home on the farm where we experienced a riding tour where Bob Evans began his sausage business, browsing through the farm displays and special shopping at the Craft Barn, visited the Homestead Museum, and had lunch at the famous Bob Evans Restaurant. Afterwards, toured the French Art Colony and a guided tour of Gallipolis, an “Old French City”. |
