TERRIFIC TRIPS - 2012 Schedule
Senior center members may register the first ten days. After that, non-member seniors ages
50 and up and those ages 21-49 accompanying a senior, may register for any remaining
seats. Payment is due when registering and must be paid with checks or money orders only.
Cancellation/refund policies are determined by the tour company arranging the trip. Please
check before registering to see if scooters or wheelchairs can be accommodated
for that trip.
January 12 At The Manger
This trip to the University of Dayton includes a tour of thousands of nativities from around the
world. Free transportation will be provided by Wright Nursing and Rehab so your only cost will
be lunch at the MCL Cafeteria. This trip came up short notice and was announced at the
December social, flyers were posted, and e-mails sent out. Seating limited to 13. Registration
ends January 6. Departure time is 9:30 a.m.
March 21 The Boggstown Cabaret
Back by popular demand is a fun day trip to The Boggstown Cabaret in Indiana. The show
offers unique live entertainment featuring music and comedy by professional entertainers with
some audience interaction. There is a little Vaudeville, a little Vegas and Branson, and a
touch of Broadway. Lunch at the Cabaret is included before the show. This trip is not
combined with another senior center; at least 25 must register in order for the trip to go. Cost
is $79 per person with registration beginning January 3 for members and January 18 for non-
members. Last day to register is February 10. Departure is 8:30 a.m. with a return time of 5:
30 p.m.
May 6-12, 2012 Savannah, Jekyll Island, Beaufort
Final payment is due by February 29.
